At Simple Hub India, we strive to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience for our vendors, customers, and service partners. While we aim to fulfill every request, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations are necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below:


1) Service Cancellation by Customers


  • Pre-Service Cancellation: Customers can cancel a service request before the service provider has been dispatched or assigned. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: If a cancellation is requested after a service provider has been dispatched, a cancellation charge (as per service type) may be deducted from the customer’s payment.
  • No-show or Unavailability: If the customer is unreachable or not available at the scheduled time and location, the service request will be marked as cancelled. A cancellation fee may apply.

2) Vendor Account Cancellation

  • Voluntary Cancellation by Vendor: Vendors may choose to deactivate their account by submitting a written request to info@simplehubindiagroups.com. However, the Account Activation Charges will only be refundable as per the Refund Policy (after 3 months of activation and subject to eligibility).
  • Involuntary Cancellation by Company: If a vendor is found violating the company’s terms and conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, or failing to provide satisfactory service, Simple Hub India reserves the right to terminate the vendor account without any refund.

3) Loan Service Cancellation

  • Loan application cancellations will only be accepted before processing. Once a loan application has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4) Travel Service Cancellation

  • Travel service cancellations (including bus, train, flight, or tour packages) are subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations may incur charges depending on the vendor policies, government taxes, and timelines.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will follow our standard Refund Policy.

5) Event or Maintenance Service Cancellation

  • For services such as event planning, home maintenance, or commercial laundry, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations may result in a partial charge or forfeiture of advance payment, depending on resource allocation.

  • Reason for Cancellation.

7) Important Notes

  • All cancellations are subject to verification and approval by Simple Hub India.
  • Any advance or partial payments made may be held or refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.
  • Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
