  • Vendors and customers must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • The company reserves the right to verify and approve or reject any registration.
  • Misuse or fraudulent accounts will be terminated without notice.

3) Service Usage
  • Services must be used for lawful purposes only.
  • Customers must not misuse services or harass service providers.
  • Vendors must ensure timely, quality service delivery as per company standards.

4) Payment and Charges
  • All payments must be made through authorized channels.
  • Vendors are responsible for lead charges or activation charges, as applicable.
  • Customers must pay service fees as agreed during booking.
  • Simple Hub India follows a pay-per-lead model for vendors and a service-fee model for customers.

5) Refunds and Cancellations
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
  • Certain charges are non-refundable, including processed loan application fees and early vendor activation refunds.

6) Vendor Responsibilities
  • Vendors must maintain a valid license (if required) and adhere to legal, ethical, and quality standards.
  • Repeated complaints, delays, or fraud will result in account termination.
  • Vendors must use the platform only for services listed and approved by the company.

7) Prohibited Activities
  • Submitting false documents or making fake loan applications.
  • Misusing the platform to promote external businesses.
  • Abusing or threatening customers, vendors, or company staff.
  • Attempting to hack, damage, or manipulate platform data.

8) Privacy and Data
  • All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Users must not share confidential account access or misuse any information.

9) Limitation of Liability
  • Simple Hub India is a service platform and is not responsible for the direct execution of services by third-party vendors or travel/lending partners.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

10) Termination of Account
  • The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or company policies without notice.

11) Modifications to the Policy
  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12) Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction.
